If You Know, You Know is a bit like Hello Fresh but for catering a canape party at home.

It’s for the kind of host that loves to be in the kitchen putting all the finishing touches on the food, knows how to put together a killer playlist and stock a bar with awesome wines and cocktails. This isn’t your first rodeo when it comes to throwing a brilliant party, but if you want to avoid the boring shopping and preparing that’s required, and just do the fun part, then we’re here to help.

 

Choose a selection of canapes from our Canape Menu or Grazing Station Menu or we can design a menu together. Next, the food for the party is delivered the day before, with clear instructions of how to finish each canape and a suggested run sheet of when to start cooking / finishing each canape. If you’re missing any equipment (like a deep fryer for example) or serving platters we can provide these for the night. We are basically delivering everything you need, other than the chef. You are the chef! And your guests will never need to know, they’ll just be blown away by how great the food is and how much fun you’re having.
